This tuna is by far the best affordable tuna around. Its white meat not dark. Its low sodium and it really tastes so much better than other very salty brands. Its chunky tender and good for so many more recipes than other "chunk light" tunas because its low sodium. I can feed it to my cats as well as a treat which they love..they know this brand over others. I am impressed.

I bought all the flavors and they are all wonderfully delicious and refreshing! I’m reordering a bigger order now!

Big improvement over Starkist Tuna purchased a few years ago. Taste and quality are good, don't look for chunks. Convenient for daily use in a diet to control calories and salt. Mix one can with mushrooms, dill pickle, onion, and horseradish. Right tasty.

This has become one of my go-to lunch protein options because it makes structured meal planning extremely easy while still delivering excellent protein numbers for the calories. The tuna itself has a good texture for canned tuna, and the lower sodium version is nice especially if you’re eating it regularly as part of a planned diet. I also rinse it after draining, which helps reduce some extra saltiness and improves the texture a bit. I use this the same way I use canned chicken for planned lunches, although I personally limit tuna meals to about 2–3 times per week because of mercury concerns. Even with that limitation, it’s still one of the best easy high-protein lunch options I’ve found for convenience and macros. Between the tuna, eggs, shake, and vegetables, it ends up being a surprisingly large lunch with a ton of protein while still staying controlled enough for weight loss or structured nutrition plans.
