Greetings,I must say that I'm extremely impressed by this mount. Not only was installation a breeze, its extremely stable, durable, and practical for a variety of mounting options. I bought it for a low basement ceiling because it hugs the I-beam allowing for less slack. I have some adjustments yet to make to my heavy-bag chains so I can bring the bag up higher, but I suppose this a situation where being a little vertically challenged isn't such a bad thing! By the way, this mount also does a superb job in absorbing any vibrations that you'd get with a wood mounting system. Thank you for this great product!

I received the mount and was able to install it within 15-20 minutes tops. Its super study as I have a TRX system hanging from it and I weight 215 and there are no issues.Highly recommended

I hung my 100 lb heavy bag from the I bean in my basement. This is worth the money. Took only minutes to install and extremely sturdy.

Well, first let me say that this product works great to hold up my 80lb heavy bag. However, I had an issue with the product, it says it is for 4"-6" I-Beams, it will not go onto a 6" I-Beam without alterations. If you have a 6" I beam and are going to get one of these awesome hangers to hang your bag from, get the 6" - 8" mounting system. This one would work just fine for a 6" beam if you could slide it on the end of the beam into position, but when your beam is part of your house or building that isn't possible.

The mount arrived promptly and exactly as pictured and assembled. It took less than 5 minutes to mount and tighten on to the I-Beam. After a month of use I didn't see the shifting and loosening of screws I've seen with most other mounts when used with my 100lb bag. This mount is also very mobile if I need to move it from one beam to another for different setups or simply relocating. First mounting I've used that I don't feel the need to constantly check and very sturdy, well worth the price and reliable.

I have a 4" I-beam (width) running across the ceiling of my workshop. Instead of drilling a hole through the beam (not even sure if I could do that) I decided to buy a mounting system for my heavy bag. Why in the workshop? Because that's where the I-beam is! Sometimes you just got to leave the house, go out to the `shop, and beat the crap out of something! A heavy bag is good for this. It preserves your knuckles and shins (i.e., kickboxing) and is a great release for stress/anger. That being said, I wanted a solid mount that wasn't going to fail, break, shift, &c. and just make me even more pissed. The PROmountings clamp seems solidly built, supports the bag just fine, and should last longer than I do. Maybe some therapy would help too? :)

This thing works great and is super easy to install. I had my 80lb bag initially drilled up into the rafters but it was shaking the whole floor above. I put this up and it stopped pretty much 100% of the vibrations.
