Just one. It's worth it in my honest opinion.

Q: It looks from the picture like it has a narrow black frame around the protector. Is that right?

Yup. It's different, I know, but it blends in with the thing black bezel.

Q: Will this work/fit with an Otterbox defender case? What cases do you use with it?

I used the Spigen case. It would depend on how the Otterbox fits along the edges/top of the phone. With the Spigen, the protector just barely covers the surface and does not overlap onto the edge/trim of the phone. If the Otterbox just fits to the sides and doesn't overlap the trim to the face of the phone, then I would guess it would fit. Check if you can return the protectors if they don't work with the Otterbox just in case (no pun intended)

Q: Is it full screen adhesion or just the edges?

No it doesn't. It is garbage. No one wants to make screen protectors that protect. We need to outlaw companies that scam.
