How does petroleum make this product lightweight?

I cannot answer the how. But I have been using this product and it doesn’t weigh my hair down or make it look flat. I only apply as needed. Small amounts to hair and massage scalp

What are the ingredients?

Petrolatum isopropyl myristate,paraffin liquid,mineral oil,hull minerale,paraffin mysristyl,peg 40,root extract,nettle extract,Rosemary leaf extract. Ginsen root,benzoic acid ect....

How exactly do you use this? Is is just rubbed in the scalp? I see some have used it for flat ironing

It is really great for the scalp, but can definitely be used on the hair as well. Not too much on the hair or it will weigh your hair down and become greasy/oily feeling, not to mention difficult to curl one's hair.
