What I expected!
This DVD came in the mail today and it was exactly what I was looking for in terms of resistance training. My only disappointment (as to why I did not give it 5 stars) is that I was expecting more of the Step aerobic component. Nevertheless, this is a winner. I would rate the workout as intermediate if you use a heavier bar...of course a lighter bar = lower impact. My overall fitness level is intermediate.

Great Workout!
I recently got into using a weighted bar for workouts. This dvd is great! Using it 2x per week has sculpted the lower half of my body, which is my problem area. I feel absolutely exhausted when finished working out. After 3 weeks I needed to increase the weight of the bar for greater resistance and effect. I started with an 8 pound bar, then I went to ten pound and after 3 weeks again I'm at a twelve pound bar. I never get bored and the results are amazing. No more big thighs for me!

good for ideas
Bought so I could get some ideas on things to do with the body bar, and thats about all I can use it for. The workouts are difficult and fast. If you are in great shape already then it is fine, otherwise I would not recommend except for exercise ideas.

I have loved Keli Roberts exercise videos and DVD's for years. This is a very good, low impact workout. She shows different variations of each exercise so you can choose which is best for you.

Good back to the basic BodyBar workout
I like using the Body Bar (one of the best exercise tools) and I have used all of the Body Bar DVD's (Out of the BB DVDs I have, I like Power & Grace and Explode the best). I'd rate this beginner-intermediate level and a solid core workout. The moves are not elaborate or difficult. Just enough to get your heart going and body pumping. If you like Keli Roberts, you'd like this DVD.
