This ornament/frame is beautiful and well-made. I love that the photo area is much bigger than many other ornaments I looked at online. I am going to display mine as a frame for my grandson's first Christmas photo. I couldn't be more pleased with this product.

This was a precious ornament for my little girl. We put the cutest picture of her in it, and put it on the tree... it will be a very precious memory of her for eternity. Very pleased with how it looked and came packaged.

My son and daughter-in-law loved the ornament. I felt it was well made, affordable and presented exactly as it was displayed. I would buy more ornaments from this vendor.

Very cute ornament but the hanging bell portion came broken off when the item was delivered. Despite having a screw that connects the bell to the ornament, the bells would not go back in. Not a huge deal as we glued it back on, but poor packaging and cheaply put together.

Horrible. It arrived shattered and it is unusable. The writing quality of the words was awful too. I want a replacement sent free of charge (one that isn’t broken) and with the words actually on the ornament. Very disappointing as this is our daughters first Christmas ornament.

Ornament is perfect for a baby's first Christmas. It's well made and good quality. I can't wait to put it on our tree with a picture of her in a holiday outfit! It'll be a great keepsake throughout the years.

The paint detail is not as good as shown online and it broke immediately after opening. As soon as I went to put it on the tree the bells hanging from the bottom fell off and now I have to superglue it back together after only having it for less then 5 min. The ribbon was also frayed.
