Did nothing noticeable for me.Taste dirty and are quite big and hard to swallow.

These are really easy to chew, and don't taste of anything, which I liked.

My husband and I have been taking a 25 microgram vitamin D3 tablet each for the last three months after heeding the NHS advice that this was beneficial during the winter. We had decided to stop this when we use the last of our supply as the sun is returning and the weather improving enough to have enjoyable walks. Although we eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg, the Supplements Wise Calcium Magnesium Zinc and Vitamin D Supplement seems like a good idea to us, but we are only going to have half a pill each per day as we have no medical reason to consume the levels contained in each pill and look upon this as a useful top-up to the vitamins we get from the sun and our food, as supporting our immune system and staying healthy is a must in these COVID 19 times.My pill-cutter makes halving the tablets easy and also the half-size is easy to swallow. there is no strong flavour from them, which is good.They are quite a bit more expensive than the D3 tablets we have been taking, but I'm happy to give them a try. How we feel as we get close to finishing the box will determine whether we buy more.

I take ZMA capsules on a daily basis and they have had an incredible impact on my sleep pattern; I'm evangelical about them as I now sleep right the way through the night after years of being awake for hours. This is also ZMA although with vitamin D rather than vitamin B6. They have a lower amount of magnesium than my standard ZMA so I will stick to my usual brand but these aren't bad and if you can swallow the capsules, which are larger than I anticipated, they're a good source of nutrients.

This is a very good magnesium, calcium, zinc, D3 and boron complex.You have all the usual essential vitamins here for the immune system, for bone health, maintaining teeth, hair, skin & nails, energy levels etc.The less common vitamin here is boron. Boron is used for building strong bones, treating osteoarthritis, as an aid for building muscles and increasing testosterone levels, and for improving thinking skills and muscle coordination.The only niggle I have is the percentage of each vitamin as some such as magnesium content is much lower than the Zinc or D3 recommended daily value.Other than that one niggle this is good vitamin complex.

I have been taking this supplement for a couple weeks now and although their composition is very good I have decided to stop taking them because of how thick and hard to swallow they are. I have had to try several times every day to manage and swallow this big round pull despite drinking lots of water at the same time. I am of course not taking any other pill at the same time and despite that the size of he pill and it's thickness makes it very hard to swallow. I have decided to stop using it today as I am scared to choke 🥺
