Will it lift a leveled Silverado

Not knowing what a "leveled Silverado" is, will keep me from answering the specific question. I can tell you that this 6000 lb. capacity jack will easily lift any of the four corners of this vehicle. It will lift the front or the rear of this truck. As far as the suspension height, the pad on mine goes to 19". Hope this helps.

What is the height range?

The Manual (rev 08-22-18) says 19.38" (with a lifting range of 15.75" meaning it starts at 3.63"). This means it's more than high enough to clear the highest parts of my 18" jack stands which are 18.5". In other words I don't need the separate jack pad shown on Amazon for extra height. BTW that so-called universal pad's smallest diameter is 4-1/16" which is 1/16" too big to fit in the 4" pad recess. Also the built-in pad seems very securely fastened, so I didn't want to rip it off unless I had an exact replacement with the appropriate glue. The part number for it is RSALJ3T38; I'm guessing the 38 means 3.875" dia.

How big is the saddle and rubber pad on this jack?

Steel plate saddle is 4 1/2". Rubber pad is a joke and worthless. I used it the 1st time, immediately made a new one from an old 1/2 thick mud flap from an 18 wheeler trailer, 4 1/4" diameter. Works great. I Would still buy the jack again.
