Tons of coco!
I got this to mix into my soil along with some other stuff to make a nice, chunky, well draining mix. It’s the perfect size so you don’t end up with giant pieces clogging up the area. THIS IS A TON OF COCO CHIPS. It comes as a compressed block and doesn’t seem like that much until you start breaking it down. I’ve been breaking off chunks, which is not easy to do, and soaking it in water to separate the bits. It will last me a good long time.

Great product!
5 month update: still going great, no issues. Will definitely be purchasing again. This is a very large quantity of coco chips that are extremely tightly compressed. I use these for carnivorous plants which need very low levels of dissolved solids and these were MUCH better than the bagged loose coco chips I had been using. You need to be aware that these are partially shredded, so if you are looking for coco chunks, you should probably look elsewhere. However, these were perfect for my use, probably better than chunks, and are much cheaper than long fiber sphagnum.Word of warning, I decided to wet the entire brick and turn into loose coco fiber. It wasn't so bad to shred it apart once wet (it was nearly impossible to do it dry), however it took several days for me to dry out (for storage) indoors. If you go this route, do so on a sunny day and dry outside on a tarp.I would HIGHLY recommend.

Great moisture retention
This substrate is great for a ball python setup. I have about 3 inches of substrate in my tank and poured a few bottles of water into the substrate. It was absorbed and there is a layer of a moisturized substrate under a thinner dry layer on top. This keeps my tank humidity around 60-70 but I still like to mist daily just to keep it in the higher end.

Easy to use
I decided to add these to my garden in-between the garden beds. I'm a wheelchair user so it gives me a stable surface to drive over and it is much less messy than muddy grass. It expands to about twice its original size. This is less than I expected because regular coconut coir dirt expands more.

It's a lot
I have one snake, but it seemed like a good deal. Obviously it's a hell of a lot, but the stuff lasts a long time. It's tightly packed and needs to be pried loose then broken up with a little added moisture. It looks great, it's absorbent, and not very dusty.

Potting mix
Used this to amend potting soil when repottng house plants. Worked well and plants seem happy.

Great!
Exactly what I expected. Can’t find pro coco anywhere in town, and this worked great as a a substitute.

Small chips
These are smaller chips than most others which is fantastic! They're fairly evenly sized too. minimal fibers, not obviously salty.small enough that my frogs and toads can burrow into it but large enough that they're not eating it. small enough to put into potted plants but large enough to keep it from compacting. perfect size for my worm bedding.. the list could go on
