Q: Does this contain sulfates?

The vast majority of OGX products contain non sulfated surfactants. Beginning in 2014, Vogue created a handful of shampoos – Coconut Water, Vitamin E, Vitamin B5, Eucalyptus Mint, Tsubaki Blossom, Heavenly Hydration Cherry Blossom, Bamboo Fiber Full, and O2 – that contain one sulfate, Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate (ALS). We currently advertise these products as “SLS free” because they do not contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS). Q: This is the hair butter not body butter?

This is hair butter, but states that it can ALSO be used on the body. I LOVE this product. It completely nullifies my frizz and smells divine; I do rub the remaining cream into my hands and my skin is so soft and supple. I have not used it on my body yet, but I am sure it would be amazing.

Q: Could this be used as a pomade? Just got a short pixie cut and looking for a good inexpensive silicone free styling product.

It will smooth your hair and keep fly-aways tame, like a pomade, but wont hold it in an upright position like a stronger-hold pomade would (like if you try to sprinkle your hair) I use it to keep my curls from turning to fluff... (fyi, it smells awesome)
