What a fantastic tool to poach eggs. No more vinegar and floating egg whites! These are a totally brilliant invention. Just oil the inside of the cups and crack an egg into each. After 5 minutes of sitting in the pot with the lid on top, the poached eggs are perfect. I've taught my teen how to use these cups and they make their own poached eggs every day now with no (or maybe a little) help from me! Highly recommend!

I had one of those plug-in types that look like a flying saucer. They are noisy and tricky to time to get your poached eggs right. These things are a breeze to use and simple to clean. Eggs slide right out.
