Very poor coverage compared to the price
I originally had a basic Velop mesh system and decided to upgrade to a premium option. I chose Netgear, expecting great performance given its price and marketing. However, when I set it up in the same spot as the Velop, the units couldn't even connect to each other. Despite the large size of the device, I was willing to overlook its appearance for a superior connection. Unfortunately, this turned out to be my worst experience ever, and I felt completely ripped off. I will be replacing it with the Deco X90.

Very bad compared to the previous version
I bought this as an upgrade but it is not working well. I bought it a year a go and it keeps failing from time to time and i need to reconfigure it. Never had to do this with the previous model.

Hardware Failure / Technical Support
The product failed during the initial setup.I reached out to the technical support over the phone and they were very kind enough to trouble shoot the problem . Unfortunately the product was declared as Hardware failure by the Technical support team after spending nearly half day trouble shooting with multiple attempt and method. I was having a very high expectation on Netgear products , unfortunately it failed with me .Looks like its my bad luck i had to return the product.

This item ships with 110-120V power supplies
This item was promoted as a Ramadan special in the UAE. Item arrived with 110-120V power adapters only, unusable here. I suggest removing this from UAE site as you are without a refund for 4 to 6 weeks
