Plays multiple regions.
Now able to play the DVDs that I have bought, quite a number (as a result of poor marketing information), that were rejected by my regional DVD player. A big loss has turned into a win with this wonderful DVD player.

Adaptor plug not universal
I am finding it difficult to find an adaptor plug to plug in the dvd. Many stores in Durban South Africa do not stock the adaptor I still cannot use the DVD.

Great DVD Player for the money!
Having been stationed overseas in Europe, I accumulated a collection of PAL DVDs. I had a great DVD player that was region free but alas, all good things must come to an end. When shopping for a new one to fit my needs, I ran across this one and ordered it. It arrived fast and after setting it up it works like a charm! No problems with other region playback and the picture quality is great. My only negative is that remote is small and sometimes it is hard to read which button is which or my fingers hit more than one. Other than that one small comment, if you are in need of a good quality DVD player, this one is for you!
