We have been using this vacuum cleaner daily. To limit visitors into my house during the pandemic, I decided to replace the regular maid service with this robot vacuum for my routine floor cleaning. The build quality is very high, I took the vacuum cleaner in my hands and the feeling is very pleasant. The product was packed securely, in 2 cardboard boxes. Everything came safe and sound. The vacuum cleaner did not come fully charged, it lasted 45 minutes, but the amount of dust in the dust collector surprised. This is no longer a toy, but a real assistant at home. The seller is honest, 100% recommendable, what he advertises is what he sells and also. At the request, he sent instructions in Hindi too and then tried to explain how to pair the robot with Wi-Fi and Alexa for the first time. I especially love that it is Alexa-enabled, and I can tell Alexa to pause the vacuum routine when a call comes in and the vacuum is in my room. It came with magnetic strips that stop it from going where I don’t want it. I like everything about it, it can wash and vacuum at the same time, this is the most important thing. If it is far away from the charger and its low on battery it gets back immediately on the charger. When it gets something big stuck inside it will stop and make a beep letting me know what’s up. I chose this model because 3 cleaning modes are available, magnetic strip and suction power are more than the other models around the same price. It’s easy to clean and lets me know when it is full as well. The seller is responsive! I was nervous about the machine falling from stairs but might be due to its sensors, it did not fall. This is amazing. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and hope it lasts a long life.
