When putting my Christmas tree up this year, one set of the lights decided to blow. I soon realised the transistor was no longer working and was unable to get a similar replacement, so I bought this on a whim. When it arrived I connected two sets of lights to the one transistor and it worked perfectly, I am very happy as the lights have only been used twice before and would definitely recommend this product if you’re stuck in the same position as I was.

Used to attach 2 sets of lights as they where doing my head in flashing out of sync. This has solved that, best thing is it works on all 8 modes of a set of tree lights,. Only downside is the connector is tight, but once connected all good. Recommended !!

Good product does what it says. Needs a little force to tighten connections but once done works a treat.

Mine wouldn't allow me to connect two different lights together. Only one would work at a time. One of them had an inline (rather than plug) light pattern controller. Not sure if that was affecting things but I wonder if the two outputs are connected to each other rather than isolated and so interfering with each other. I'm not an electrical engineer, so that might be a stupid suggestion.
