Effective skincare. Bad packaging.
I have bought and used this cream many times. It glides onto the skin, is easily absorbed and improves the look of my face. However ,there is one big drawback- every time I have bought this, the container has cracked. The first time, I returned it to Sarah Chapman and it was quickly replaced but I didn't want to keep taking it back, and it's still possible to use the cream despite the cracked container. Trouble is, I have problems with other aspects of the company's packaging and I'm surprised they don't change it.

This product does no work the pump is broken and the seller will not replace or refund.
