Q: How sturdy is th he belt will it hold a metal lightsaber hilt?

The belt is not really a belt but more a wrap with velcronto hold it in place. Looks good and makes for good affect but it will not support weight as is. Potentially could be modified.

Q: What fabric type is this? It looks like polyester but listing makes it unclear if it’s polyester, wool, cotton, or a blend...

The first layer shirt is labeled as 60% cotton and 40% polyester. The second layer shirt is labeled 100% linen fabric. The pants are labeled 100% polyester. The cloak is labeled 100% polyester. The 2 shoulder flanking pieces and the waist piece do not have a label but the material is a little thicker then the second layer shirt fabric. The belt is not labeled by is thick like leather...maybe a cosplay leather. Hope this helps.
