Getting an IT Help Desk Job (For Dummies) 1st Edition

This book helped calm down my fear that I'm just not cut out for the IT field of work since I thought I knew nothing about it. It's structured very well from start to finish and gives you a thorough feeling of what working in the various help desk positions are like. Great book that I'll keep referencing back to even once in the IT field.

So the author mentions a template for the resume but unless I am missing something and you can download a template through the book (not sure how a physical book can download files) where is the link for downloading said template? The link for the cheat sheet works but not the online articles link or the update link for the book. This book was copy righted in 2015 but the links are already dead? Good information in the book but have to take away a star for dead links for a book that is only a year old.

Great for starters bought as a gift and she was able to test, pass, and got a entry level job for an energy company. Book kept her on track.
