Is this gotu kola or brahmi? in north india, gotu kola is called brahmi. they are two different leaves. both are rejuvenative herbs.

Does this cover the grey hair?

No. This is a herbal supplement and it has no role in covering grey hair. Brahmi hair pack will help in reducing hair loss and will help in making hair stronger. It helps in increasing the density of hair and hair growth but it has no effect on grey hair caused due to ageing.

What are the directions for this? do i rinse it out and how many times a week should i use it? i notice others say they mix it with conditioner?
