Q: Does this product use Deglycyrrhizinated licorice?

Why didn’t you ask this question directly to the manufacturer? The label says: Licorice Root Extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra) no mention of “De” but Now’s Product Info team is wonderful and can confirm. They are so helpful.

Q: Dose this have shellfish in it?

It does have calcium carbonate in it, which is sourced from calcium created on cliffs by the sea. Given that the calcium was created millions of years ago, I have no idea if it would potentially dangerous for someone with shellfish allergies. Because the product is designed for people with allergies, the wisest decision would be to contact NOW products to find out more about their calcium carbonate.

Q: What size are the tablets?

They show the actual size on back of bottle picture. It is a hard tablet and rectangle in size. It is more of a larger pill but in my opinion well worth swallowing. It works amazing and the longer you take it the better it works as it builds up in system.
