Pretty good tablet
I purchased this product after trying two other brands. This is the best of the three, but still not ideal. The touch screen could be more responsive. The battery life is awful but it does come with an adapter so you can use it with electricity instead. I like the keyboard but I'm still trying to figure out how to detach it.

Buyer Beware!!
I originally bought this item on May 3, to replace an RCA tablet that I had for over 5 years! Within 10 days, this tablet stopped working. No display, nothing. I thought I had just gotten a bad one, since my old one had lasted so long! I returned it and was sent a new one on May 12. Well guess what? November 1, not even 6 months later, the tablet just died! It gets power, because the light is on when plugged in, but won't turn on! It's now passed the return date, so I am just out the money now. Very disappointed!!!

Stopped working after 8 months
This tablet is mediocre in all around performance; very sluggish. It suddenly would not power-on after 8 months of usage. If it worked reliably then it would be a case of you get what you pay for - but I don't expect for a tablet to stop working after a matter of months. Unfortunately I cannot return it given the return policy. I don't recommend this tablet.

The camera while on zoom it's not good at all.
The screen quality very poor can hardly see when my child in zoom. The battery died easily no 6 hours usage. Touchscreen take so long to respond. I purchase a 7 inches 2011 and it respond more faster. I regret buying this. Reason why I dont send it back it's because am in Jamaica and it cost alot to return. I regret buying this tablet.

Buen equipo uso basico
Me agrado la tablet, se nota la calidad de construcción, es resistente y fácil de usar, buena resolución, lo que no me agrado es la pantalla, se raya con extrema facilidad, así que sugerencia adquirí un protector para evitar arañazos accidentales, fuera de eso responde bien y tiene buen rendimiento para el uso básico escolar
