BASSDASH Bare Camo Neoprene Chest Fishing Hunting Waders for Men with 600 Grams Insulated Rubber Bootfoot

I’ve put these waders to the test this waterfowl season. After moving from Maine to Virginia my heavily insulated Cabelas lifetime and Lacrosse waders were too warm for costal Virginia. Being on a budget and not knowing how long I’ll be living in Virginia I decided to try these Bassdash waders. The quality is nearly identical to my Lacrosse waders, stitching matches and the boot material looks the same. Not bad for something half the price. I like that these have a steel shank in the boot, the marsh I hunt has a ton of oysters and shipwreck metal. I have spent hours waste deep in marshes, swamps and flooded timber. Every time I get back into my van, I’m dry. According to my pedometer I’ve logged 17.3 miles in theses waders this season. The stitching still look tight. I did get one tiny hole in the knee pad of the right leg, but I’ve pushed through a ton of Virginia creeper vines, some real thorny nasty stuff. I’m confident the thorns would have done the same damage to my lacrosse waders. The Bassdash waders still don’t leak so it’s only cosmetic. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase, these seem to be a great fit for my time in Virginia and should be perfect for early season up North.

The media could not be loaded.  These waders and boots are crazy warm and very comfortable for all day wear. So far they have kept me dry and comfortable when friends in other gear have been cold or damp. They are great for fishing and hunting with d rings for clips and pockets for essentials and even 8 shotgun shells holders. The boots are sized just big enough to be able to wear thick socks under. The waders also have room to properly layer underneath. I’d highly recommend these to anyone looking for cold weather/cold water waders.

Right out of the box tried them on and they fit great (I bought a size larger which i usually do for waders but returned them for my usually shoe size due to the fit). Great features with the hand rest pocket, inner and outer storage pocket, and ammo slots. Comes with a patch kit which is great for the "just in case", wader belt, and double stiched knees. Good features, now the quality.Took them to the duck pond to try them out. Worked great the first time; weather was between 40 and 44 degrees F and they kept me toasty. No leaks were noted but did not spend a lot of time in the water. I plan to put them through the muck, mud and water a few more times over the next few weeks and will update review if any issues arise.My main concerns at the moment are the leaking of the actual neoprene and tearing of the seam where the boot and neoprene attach.

I'm 5'10", 180lbs, 32x32 pants, 10 shoe. Ordered the large, 10 shoe and they fit well. The loose fit allows ample room for layering. I tried them on with the sitka gradient cold weather bib and fahrenheit jacket underneath and it was a great fit. Not to loose and not too tight. The camo pattern is similar to the sitka waterfowl marsh, but the bassdash has a little more black in it. I wear a size 10 shoe and these seemed a little large but i believe with heavy wool socks they will fit just perfect. I intend to use these for waterfowl hunting from a boat or stationary position. If you plan to do a lot of walking, I would recommend the stocking foot version. These waders are best suited for extreme warmth and minimal movement. I'll update my review after the duck season and a thorough field testing.

Got this for some winter trout fishing. Perfect up to early spring, but that's it. likely can't use this in early fall, but defintely good for the colder weather.I live in NJ!

Nothing I dislike except where the boots meet the waders, easily fixed if you wear long socks or thermal pants. Everything else seems perfect, very comfortable the size was just right for me even though I'm 5'8" and about 290lbs little extra material but nothing unreasonable. Will update after use

You won't find a better quality waterfowl wader at this price point. As a female, I love these so much. Hoping they last multiple seasons!

I am absolutely in love with these neoprene waders. They are so comfy! Not only am I bone dry, but they also keep me warm while standing in slush filled rivers. I literally stood for hours in the frigid icy waters and my feet never got cold. The extra padding on the knees is great for kneeling on the ground to net fish or retie my line. If you are thinking about getting a pair of chest waders for Steelhead fishing or even fall fishing/hunting THESE ARE THE ONES!! I am so happy with my purchase.
