TLDR: Great for summer, but you need to not be sweaty for them to stick and if you do get sweaty while wearing it, it will just fall off. Otherwise, it'll work for the 8 hours. I know how a lot of people are getting these for baby's or headaches, but let me tell you that these are great for just hot summer days. I got tickets to a KPOP concert at my hometown's baseball stadium and I want to say I got them in like March and the concert was in June. Sometimes that month can still be kind of decent weather, not overly hot or humid. As the concert got closer and I saw the heat wave that was slowly making it's way over to my state, I looked for anything I could easily put in a small bag or pockets to bring in to the stadium with me. The weather was over 95 and it had a "real feel" of over 100. Plus little shade and of course very small amounts of clouds. You bet on my mother I was handing these little guys out to so many people who needed it. They would put it on their foreheads and after a minute it would kick in and they'd be so grateful.

I got these cooling patches for headaches and fever relief, and they work really well. The texture is soft and gel-like, with a cool, smooth feel the second you peel the backing off. They stick securely without pulling at your skin or hair, and they’re flexible enough to sit comfortably on your forehead or the side of your head. The cooling effect is immediate — not icy or painful, just a steady, soothing cold that lasts for hours. There’s no strong scent, which I like, and the patch doesn’t leave any sticky residue when you take it off. They’re thin, lightweight, and easy to use, especially when you don’t feel well. Great to have on hand for headaches, fevers, or even just general discomfort. They do exactly what they’re supposed to.

Much more convenient than disposable ice packs, since the gel stays ready in the freezer and easy to use anytime. Helped my child’s swelling go down quickly after getting hit in the face with a ball. Only downside is a slight medicated smell at first, but it fades fast.

I keep buying these. I used them during a long drive to ease my sore shoulders. I used them in a hot Chicago day as I queued for a concert. I used applied then to our kid when they had a fever. I just love these. Note, they are not super sticky like say a Salonpas, but they are also meant for something else entirely. And they do a dang good job at it. They're comfy and a good bang for your buck in this pack of 20.

Smell is a bit off putting, especially with a migraine that makes me sensitive to smells. I do like the cooling/numbing feel though.

I got these for my child to use and both he and my husband experienced a burning/stinging sensation which was too painful to leave on for more than 5 minutes. I would not recommend at all and am glad I removed it before it caused further irritation or injury

Was a bit skeptical at first but wanted to give it a try for myself and friends for a festival. I thought it was a great buy and value for the money. My friends and I were truly surprised by how great and long these actually worked. They helped keep us cool on those days we were out all day in 90+ degree (F) weather! Were easy to peel and place. I could see these working also if we were in pain or had a fever!

I got these for my headaches but have been useful after the kids have been out in the heat to help cool them down. They are so convenient I put them in my purse if we are going to be outside all day in the heat. Once they put them on the back for their next they forget they are there because they are so comfy to wear. They last longer than putting a cold wash cloth on your next. Perfect size can go anywhere on your body. This is a product I will continue to purchase.
