Good but not exactly versatile
Let me first start off by saying, if you are buying this product because of that cute little apple in the middle of the pan, it does not have that cute little apple on the pan at all. It was fine with me but for others it may be an issue. That should really be updated somehow...Aside from this, the pan is a good, average pan. A pan is a pan, right? Well yes, and no. It worked well for a while, until one day we accidentally turned up the heat too high and the inside of the pan was permanently burnt in black. We tried scrubbing, we tried soaps, we tried scraping, we tried to catch it right after it happened and fixing it and after it cooled down but to no avail. Our poor pain couldn't be safe so it met its demise. I'll take at least half of the blame of that happening, but still, it quit on us.

Great pan!
We love this pan. I bought it for my husband as a gift because he likes to batch cook a couple times a week. He LOVES it and mentions it almost every time he uses it. It washes so incredibly easily and most foods slide around very well. We typically use a tiny blob of olive oil, but not sure if that’s even necessary. The only thing I haven’t gotten the hang of in this pan is scrambled eggs - they still seem to stick just a little. I’m sure there’s a trick to it. Anyway it’s our favorite pan and it just lives on the stove. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to make the pan/lid a drainer style so we could drain fat easily right from the pan. Still, an all around great pan especially for the price. We’ve had it about 4 months now and no issues whatsoever.

Puzzling Warranty and Guarantee
Works fine, easy to clean. However, two parts of the warranty stated in the "GreenLife Guarantee Policy" are disconcerting:First, the policy states: "..use in accordance with the Care and Use manual of GreenLife." No Care and Use manual, nor link to same, was provided.Secondly, the policy states: "If your product is found to be defective during the guarantee period, the original owner may return it to the relevant store." There is no indication of what this "guarantee period" might be on any of the packaging or material sent with the pan. If the guarantee period is actually discovered, and there is a defect, will Amazon LLC be willing to receive the returned product? Outside their product return limit?

Wonderful stovetop cooking with ease of cleanup -- Ceramic NON-STICK by GreenLife
I purchased this for my daughter. She is a nurse with 3 children to cook for. Her problem was pans that would have scorched food stuck to the pans and difficult to clean to use the next time. This has been wonderful for her. You do have to be careful to NOT do things that can scratch the surface (such as USE tools made to use in these pans) -- but clean up is as easy as wiping clean with a paper towel and then washing with Dawn liquid to finish the job! EASY, EASY, EASY~ the two handles definitely make moving the pan so much safer also.

This is NOT a Sauté Pan!
The pan I received was NOT a Sauté pan, it had very straight tall sides. It looked NOTHING like the photo shown for this item. I am very annoyed... it's such a bother to repack and return things and I even have someone special coming to cook for me tonight who I specifically ordered a large Sauté pan for... this was like a bad joke. (It did "say" Sauté pan on the label.) It's a monster of a pan, it's finally repacked with the printouts tacked on and inside, waiting on my front porch for UPS to come take it away. And now I have all this lovely fresh fish and no large Sauté pan for my friend to cook it in. When you've been planning something in your head for a couple of days and then a main part of your plan goes flat because of a horribly inaccurate web description, from a site you trust and use often... it's like a good friend just let you down. I'm very disappointed... partly with Amazon for not realizing it was not a Sauté pan, but The Cookware Company provides the photos and descriptions. I will certainly NEVER order anything from them again! I do love Amazon, so I will definitely be ordering from them often, but what a bother this has been.

Bigger than I thought
This is a very large pan. I was hoping to get the other color for it, but throughout the month I had the teal on order, it was never in stock so I got the black. It's so large it doesn't fit on a normal electric burner.

Good Pans!
4 stars because it has chipped a bit and I've only used it about 8 times. However it heats great, nonstick for real, and cleans up so easy.

Great pan!
Been using this pan for several months and the coating is still great. No damage or cracks. I wash it in the dishwasher after every use. I feel less worried about getting cancer from this pan than from other nonstick pans that make their coatings with chemicals.

Didn't last long
Feeling disappointed. We took good care of our pan but it didn't take long and it form this odd sticky patch in the middle and the handle keeps coming loss. We not longer can use the pan.
