I only received three pairs. Who do I contact to received the other three because I paid for six?

That's strange. I received a bundle of six pairs in my order. There was no way to break it down into three pairs unless it was tampered with. Or perhaps a different style of sock was ordered. Call customer service.

Can you wear these with hiking boots?

I doubt it. For hiking boots, you need above-ankle protection. These are below-ankle low-cuts, great for casual days in Florida.

Are there things sock? Or regular thickness?
