This is my 2nd LG Smart TV!
I really liked the WebOS of my 1st LG Smart TV, which is still in use so I stayed with LG for a larger screen - I am amazed at the functionality of the LG Magic Remote. I am still learning all the features - Voice, Alexa - Point and click - The picture is amazing - Purchased this from Beach Camera - ($60 Less than Best Buy) and came with full year of extended warranty. Arrived 2 days after ordered - well boxed - The outer box had a large dent/hole in it - but they packaged it so well with hard plastic air pockets that once I opened it I could see there was no problems. WELL DONE AMAZON & BEACH CAMERA!!! Very happy with how this worked out.

Abra cadabra.
Great product, lighting fast shipping. Arrived two days early in a snow storm. The remote control is a bit confusing.

A Gamers Must Have Tool.
First off, seriously speaking there was nothing I do not like about this TV. I am a serious gamer when I have free time to play and this TV is equipped with a feature called Instant Response Mode for gaming, this will be activated with practically any gaming hardware due to the TV being able to figure out what kind of hardware you powered up automatically. So my gaming experience has improved a lot, and the built in speakers are also high quality, the majority of the time 33 is the loudest I need so far. So if you’re on the fence with this one, get off of the fence and do yourself a favor and purchase this beautiful TV, it’s worth it.

Good mid-level option
The picture quality is excellent as is the built in sound system. Relatively easy to get mounted. We are using an iPad on 4g service for our internet source. This works well with the TV once connected but every time we turn off the TV we have to go through a dance of switching the hotspot on and off and going through the TV connection. We are considering 5g and nothing else for internet so figuring this out for an automatic connection would be important.Overall worth the extra money to step up to the mid-grade TV.

Sold phone number to robocallers.
I’ve used LG TVs for years and I’ve been pleased with picture quality and this set is no exception. I given this three stars because the smart tv feature is complicated and inadequate compared to the Roku boxes I’ve used for years and the remote is virtually useless if you’re using a Roku box, which I continue to use. But those are minor problems compared to the fact that LG obviously sold my phone number to robocallers after I registered the product. I admit, I should have known better than to put my number on the registration. Before the registration, I was getting five or six spam calls a week, now I’m getting eight to ten a day! I hope LG is making a lot of money selling phone numbers because they are never getting another dime out of me no matter how good their products are.

Perfect for the money
Better than my Sony Bravia. All adds up to a superior performance: picture, remote, features and enormous sound. No need for sound bar. LG did it!

Don’t buy this-difficult to use
Not user friendly for multiple users. Difficult to navigate. Voice commands not well recognized. There’s this strange pointer on the remote that is more irritating than helpful. Don’t buy this TV
