I put it all over my f ace and it has made a difference in the evenness of color.

Can you use this during the day and out in the sun?

Yes you can use it day time but make sure apply sunscreen as well after applying this cream and before heading out.

Is it something that you have to use all the time if you stop using this product will your spots return

I use it twice a day with excellent results. I don't know what happens if you stop using it.Only one way to find out,I'm afraid.
