These are the best glucose tablets I have ever had. Very effective, fast acting and easy to dissolve in the mouth. Great taste and texture! Price can’t be beat. Every T1D needs these in their arsenal.

I purchased these for traveling. If my blood sugar drops into unsafe levels and I am traveling, there is not always a place to access food or drink, so I got these to carry with me. They have been used a few times and they worked fairly quickly. The flavor is good, so they are easy to get down quickly. I would suggest to carry a few in a small case, a tube. or a baggy,, along with the rest of your diabetic supplies for easy access.

As a Pharmacist and as a diabetic patient, I recommend this product. It tastes great and it’s good to have it near your night table for hypoglycemic events at night.

These work great when my sugar drops. Especially during exercise. They kick in in about 3-5 minutes. The flavor is good and not chalky.

These are fine tablets, easily dissolve if you'd rather not chew, break fairly easily along the scored line if you want a half-sized dosage, and this tropical fruit flavor tastes better (to me) than others. I've bought them several times, will buy again. They don't leave as much powdered material from shipping as do some other brands, so you get better quality tablets. In looking at other brands, these are a little lighter in glucose quantity but do their job effectively. If you need more glucose, just pop another in your mouth, or use another half.

These work really well for reactive hypoglycemia. I only take two so as not to kick off a sugar crash loop. I really like the taste, kind of like a SweetTart and with no chalkiness. Works quickly if taken at the start of symptoms.
