My daughter has a disability and may not be able to hold her hand still for 5 minutes. Can I retry if I haveto?

No, it a one shot deal. I did it with a 5 year old and had to hold her hand still. So, with your help your daughter may be able to do it. Very cool project.

Can I get a refund on this product? Or a new one for free?

Right? I had the same issue. Mine didn’t work. Got hard too fast & we missed it. We msg the company to complain but never heard back.
