I don't normally publicize my toilet but here we go. You get what you pay for, and it's well worth it! The seat is extremely heavy, well made and nicely colored. Stainless steel and shiny hardware is a plus. Good sturdy spacers under seat. Easy installation. And the "slow close" seat and lid feature is pretty dang cool, no more noisy seat drops! Now only one thing left to try, no publicity on this one folks. A bit pricey even for me, but money well spent.

The fastners require tightening weekly to keep the seat from sliding which can be a disaster. Bad design for sure.

The toilet seat & color worked well with my bathroom. So far it seems sturdy; it’s only been in use for 2 weeks. Wish it would have come with cleaning instructions.

The media could not be loaded.  I wish I had made this seat swap the day we installed this toilet. This seat is going to be SO much easier to clean around. The installation was simple but the directions aren't great. The most confusing part was figuring out the quick release. In order to get the toilet seat to release out of the fitting, you have to loosen the tiny screws on the sides of the installation brackets. You only need to unscrew them a little bit. BEWARE that if you unscrew them completely you run the risk of losing the teeny tiny ball bearing and spring that are hiding inside! It seems much easier to use the allen key to loosen the little set screws BEFORE you install the seat because it's a pain in the butt to do it once it's in place. As for the slow closing lid... it's slowwwwww. I don't mind the little sound it makes once it touches the bowl but I know it bothered some other reviewers, so I've included a video so you can hear it for yourself.

Very expensive and is broken the plastic screws , I need to customer service send me the screws for the baton please l need a new screws or my money back

I loved the silver hardware on the black wood and the finish of the wood. It looks and works exactly like their ad.I bought the elongated and it fits perfectly. I would buy it again and recommend it. You can lift the seat to clean under the hinges 👍🏻

Heavy construction, hinges work well to slow the closing process.
