These sanitizers come ready to use & are very simple to “install”. I do wish they were refillable or recyclable though. The cap doesn’t come off so it’s impossible to reuse or properly recycle.

These refills are awesome. After buying the dispenser we thought we would go ahead and buy the refills. Thank goodness because they might be phasing the Es1 out. So we jumped at being as sterile as we can.We now own 2 dispensers and refills.

I got this for my house, as people coming in they sanitize there hand. Whenever it runs out all I do is replace it. It’s easy to removed and replace. The dispenser is sold separately.

Ideal for mounting on the wall as part of our COVID-19 protocols for a motel lobby.

I’m most positive the product is great. However, trying to exchange for a larger size is not great.The “contact us” button is broken.I’ve made several attempts. Can’t use the unopened product.The 1 star is for poor customer satisfactionWill find someone else to do continued orders with.

I bought the hand push style dispenser and it appears these fit that dispenser according to the description but guess what they don't. The tops are not interchangeable therefore they are of no use. I am extremely disappointed in the entire Purell line of hand sanitizers.
