AUVON 4 Outputs TENS+EMS 24 Modes

I was advised to try a tens machine for lower back pain. I fairly often, about three or four times a year, seem to get a lower back muscle spasm that locks my back and I have to rest it for several days before I can bend over or sit comfortably again. I looked at several makes and than came across this Auvon model that seemed to be much cheaper than rivals but with just as much equipment and decent reviews and decided to try it. I just did my back again and I have only used it for a few days but it has made a significant impact on my back and seems to speed up the recover time. With a fixed menu and everything controlled by a couple of buttons, it is very easy to use. As I said, it is well equipped with leads and pads, charges direct from a USB port and the battery lasts well and seems to do the job! I can't offer any view on the EMS side yet but it was a nice to have just in case. My only criticism would be the manual is scant on detail and I went to a youtube video to see where it would be best to place the electrodes, but I would probably have checked out a couple of videos anyway. Very Happy with my purchase.

I love this TENS machine.. I have a bulging disc that is causing seriously bad sciatica.. I cannot sit or lay down for long before I am in agony with cramping nerve pain down my left side and getting out of bed is impossible due to the pain when trying to move. As my pain is widely spread all down my left side from my back to the ankle I thought I would try this AUVON TENS 4 output machine due to it having 4 outlets so I can spread the pads out. And it is brilliant! I can’t believe how much it has helped me. I have been using it for a month now and I use it as soon as I get into bed and throughout the night. And it helps get me off to sleep and eases the pains in the morning when I wake up so I can get out of bed much better.. I particularly like program 3 but there are 24 to chose from and you can have 2 different programs running at same time as the first 2 outlets allow you to do one program and the second 2 outlets lets you run another. It is so easy to use, I can operate it with my eyes closed now, which I do very often in the middle of the night! It’s as small as a mobile phone and the cables are long enough so can reach any part of the body without tugging. It has a locking function so you can’t accidentally power up too high as the highest setting is way above what I can take and the battery really lasts. So as you can see I cannot praise this little machine enough. It really does help me. Having seen how happy I am with mine my partner has also brought himself one.

Good machine which has a myriad of functions, enabling one to attach pads to four different parts of the body at once. Ideal for chronic pain sufferers. It looks complicated but once this is worked out, it does its job well.

I struggle with back and ankle problems and see a chiropractor, my mid back get’s stuck and in turn causes muscle problems. Often the muscular problem is delayed rather than instant, it can be triggered by activities such as exercise, DIY or lifting heavy objects it does not trouble me during the day but will suddenly be a problem at night! I don’t know if its linked but I also have restless ankles, again its more of a delayed issue. Even on a normal day without demanding actives I have these issues so most days it’s a problem. Unfortunately its quite disruptive to my night’s sleep and for many years has meant getting as little of 3 hours a night sleep, also when I am asleep I very rarely get a deep sleep. I have tried many techniques before bedtime to try and relax my muscles to help with this, stretching, massage, ice, heat, foam rolling, trigger point and in all cases I can go to bed and feel comfortable for a short while but not long enough to get to sleep or will fall asleep and be woken up by it, at this point sometimes it can really annoy me as I just can’t get comfortable. I’m surprised I took so long to try tens as I have tried most other things long before now, I really do find it help’s and provides a long enough lasting effect to allow me to get some sleep, occasionally I may wake up and need to use if on my ankles as I would not usually do anything on them before bedtime but then all I need is 5 minutes one pad on each ankle and it resolves them problem and makes them feel relaxed. I have found on my back its much more effective to leave it on one setting for the duration rather than keep changing, I have even fell asleep during the day with it on. As far as the device itself, it feels sturdy, well made and of good quality, the screen is big and clear to understand and battery life is good. Having 4 outputs you could use up to 8 pads at a time, so far the first set of pads I have bee using I have used 30 times and they still feel sticky. I have not tried EMS yet but intend to do so as potentially it could help train my core without the activities involved which give me the muscle problems at night. If you are looking for a tens unit I would recommend as the quality for the price is good and you can extend the warranty by registering.

Bought for the wife who is currently suffering with sciatica. She said this helps ease the pain between pain relief. The pads adhere well and seem to last. The device is easy to use and battery lasts well

Works fine, but isn't very powerful as a muscle stimulator. I've used others which are much stronger, but then for the price, it is probably as you would expect. An average buy in terms of effectiveness, but seems solidly built and does what it says on the tin.

This unit is far superior to another TENS unit I bought years ago. 1. This offers TENS and EMS functionality. It allows for sessions from 10 minutes up to 90 in increments of 10. The default start duration is 20 minutes. 2. The unit uses uses a rechargable battery that recharges in under an hour most of the time. Beats replacing 'em or recharging your own. 3. When the timed session comes to an end the unit powers off. That was the big downside to my previous unit from a different company. 4. I experienced a glitch with the unit that was just under 3 ,months old. The Customer Service team responded back to my initial inquiry within a day and came up with a solution that exceeded my expectations. 5. The one thing that kept me from giving a 5 star for Easy of Use - gave a 4 - was the navigation from one of the 24 treatment options to another. Going to a different setting requires you to go forward past #24 to start at the top of the list again. Small inconvenience given the choices of pulsations for both TENS and Muscles. 6. The device is like a cell phone so I asked the mfgr is there was a protective case available for it. They said there was not. I plan to loof for one based on the dimensions of the unit. I highly recommend this product.

I have suffered with chronic pain in the lumbar area for close to a decade. Recently, my lower back pain has become unmanageable. I decided to research tens units and after much deliberation I decided on Auvon 4 Outputs TENS Unit and I am so glad I did. First, I must mention that the customer service and warranty option have been excellent. My doctor gave me another type of TENS unit that was missing the pads and when I went to their website I found it impossible to get ahold of their customer service rep. I returned the TENS machine to my doctor and told him that I was going with another company because their website was laughable and I couldn’t get in touch with anyone to get the pad needed to use the machine. I even received extra pads from Auvon for registering my unit. Secondly, I found the size of the unit helpful for carrying around inconspicuously. I also appreciate how well the pads adhere to my lower back and don’t leave a sticky residue when I remove them. I am grateful for the four lead lines as it allows me to place multiple pads in multiple areas of my body all at once, but it still works if I only use one output/lead. The display on the unit is easy to read, as well as, being straightforward and easy to navigate. I didn’t have any issues trying to figure the machine out. Once I took it out of the box it was only a few minutes to set up and distribute the pads before I could feel it working. It is comfortable to wear and has helped me manage my pain. It has a timer and automatic shut off feature I am thankful for because the TENS unit I used eight years ago never did. I find the machine’s intensity easy to increase or decrease without interrupting the program or timer. The screen lights up making it easy to change or set up a session or a different function if using in a dark room. Lastly, the Auvon TENS unit has an added feature (EMS) to target and restore muscles and parts of the body after a workout; a really nice bonus. I would highly recommend Auvon’s TENS units for those struggling with pain.

This is an awesome Tens massager with 24 modes. I like that it splits the different modes into tens massager and EMS ( Electric Muscle Stimulation). It comes with a rechargeable battery. The battery lasts quite a long time per charge. The coolest feature is that it comes with 4 leads that split into 2 pressure points per lead giving you a total of 8 pressure points that you can target on your body. What really takes this device to the next level is the ability to split the leads to two separate groups with two different modes. For example if you had pain in your back and pain in your leg you can set one group (A) to a specific mode and group (B) to a different mode. All the modes have great intensity. I was using health mate forever before and had an issue with it with random button getting pressed and resets everything. Additionally, even though it has 4 leads (8presure points) configuration as well, I cannot split modes for the two different areas. With Auvon I have this advantage. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the screen is nice but not a touchscreen (would be way more expensive if it was). In conclusion it is an amazing device at an amazing price point, and totally worth it for those aches and pains. And now you can even stimulate your muscles while exercising.

So at the Utah Sheep Dog competition in Soldier Hollow 15 years ago, she & I purchased a TENS machine from a booth vendor for $400.00!! IQ Technologies was the brand. Buyer's regret set in. Oh it felt ok, however not 4 large of ok. The last 3 years I have dealt with neuropathy on the bottom of my feet. While browsing online, TENS therapy was mentioned several times as a way to reverse continuing nerve degradation and discomfort. I was in disbelief that these same units sold on Amazon now days for $20.00 to $70.00 averaging $45.00. I jumped in, ordering the MEDVICE Rechargeable Tens Unit. Had to return it. Not enough juice to run 2 leads and 4 pads so as to treat both feet at the same time. Refund by Amazon in 4 hours! Love it! I ordered the AUVON 4 Output TENS Unit and WOW what a difference! Plenty of zap to dial in 2 leads and 2 pads on each foot with even more power available. This unit has 4 leads available. Not sure how I would use that many. I am very happy with this one, and expect some great results. Relaxing in my lazy chair watching baseball or NHRA with some foot therapy is sooooo relaxing so far. Whatever you buy, get the pin connecter type rather that the button snap style. Again, see photos. Much easier to use. Some here found programing difficult. Not so. Pretty much user friendly. Pro Tips 1. If only running 2 leads, plug them both in to channel A or B, not 1 each into A and B. This will allow you to search out modes without resetting intensity on 2 channels. See photo 2. Nothing was mentioned about pad placement on feet. I did some YouTube looking and this photo feels very good and effective. Gotta go. Time for another session and NASCAR is on!
