I had an issue couple weeks after i installed it, It was my error at that because an inkpen fell in the auger, impressed i didnt have to replace a single part but my pen seen better days. They are very helpfull and i didnt have to wait long at all on hold for someone to answer with immediate help and they walk me through the process so i was able to fix it myself while they were patient on the phone,, thanks Ashley. Works Amazing!!

Just installed. Looks great and puts out a ton of heat. Love the wireless thermostat. Comes with remote also. Easy to install. Took my neighbor and I about 3 hours. This was because we had to cut the hole in the wall for pipe, new house construction. If you already have existing it should take you under an hour to just hook into existing piping and turn on.

Annoying tendency to not drop pellets, then drops them all at once but then starts up quickly and heats well, nice large hopper, easy to clean

it works ok but the igniter died after 2 months. for such an expensive unit this is unacceptable

This stove heats well but didn't realize there wasn't an ash pan so we have to vacuum it which is annoying.

Works great, very warm. Still smells like a wood stove though
