It is not often I feel compelled to write a review, especially lengthy ones but it has to be done. This is a neat ,good looking machine for a small household producing excellent results and the milk frother is superb. Lovely extras of double walled cups ,which as coffee drinkers appreciate, continues to keep drink hot while chatting . There are excellent comprehensive instructions and as with all new pieces of equipment they need to be read and observed.If you forget, there are sticker reminders on machine parts,which can be peeled off very easily leaving no mark . Also ,if in doubt Utube runs you through the processes. I feel this review is mainly for customer service. I communicated directly with Espressworks. They were just excellent . Quick to respond with an issue we had and it was sorted very speedily. Polite when speaking to them , emails prompt and acknowledged. Top marks . Would recommend machine and after service

Only problem i have had with this machine i the grinder lasted not even a week if your on about picking one up i would get noir burr grinder

It's never hot enough have to add boiling water, which is a shame

I bought this for my husband as he is a big coffee fan and it was something he was looking at. It makes really good cappuccino / latte's / Americano & expresso coffees. Easy to use and to clean and I got a good tip from another buyer about running the cleaning cycle after every use when using the milk frother when making the milky coffees. My husband uses it daily and he is very happy on the flavour of all the coffees we have bought and used in the machine. We have also used the coffee grinder and that worked perfectly well as well so very happy with our purchase

I ordered this machine. After unpacking cleaning all the items, switched it on to find it was dead. No power. Changed fuse, nothing. It was returned and bought a second one. This one at least worked - hooray. However, we soon discovered it leaks water, both under the unit and into the bottom tray. My advice, if you want to gamble on getting a good working unit, great, but I won't bother with a third machine as the quality is not there

My first shot (pun not intended) at buying a proper espresso machine and I am so impressed! You get everything you need including a bean grinder, it’s easy to set up, easy to use and the coffees are absolutely delicious! 100% recommended! :)

easy to use but you can only make small cups of coffee. To get large cup you have to make 2 cups. Milk spout needs brush to keep clean as cleaning cycle does not remove milk buildup.

I was a-bit apprehensive after buying the coffee machine as some of the reviews were hit and miss. It came and I trailed my first coffee, the coffee it’s itself came out watery and weak but making a few adjustments such as grinding the beans to the right texture and pressing the beans a little harder. The coffee came out amazing! And I’m super happy with it. I was Seeing some people suffering with leaks e.g I haven’t had any leaks I’m guessing people aren't emptying the drip tray or properly clicking in the water dispenser right. Overall happiness 10/10
