J-2000 Jiffy Garment Steamer with Plastic Steam Head (Pink Series), 120 Volt

I don’t usually leave reviews on products, especially not home appliances but, wow!!! This thing is amazing. Unbelievable quality and American made! The hose and fittings are heavy duty. Like you would find on a commercial power washer! The steam output is incredible, it is professional grade and the reservoir holds plenty of water. Stop buying cheap Chinese made knock-offs. Pay a little extra and buy something that will last. You won’t regret it.

If you are on the fence about the cost of this steamer and are hesitating to buy it - just DO it. Nothing makes me happier than to save up for an expensive item and then for it to exceed my expectations right off the bat. I have a clothing reselling business and was working with a terrible faulty handheld Rowenta steamer for much longer than I care to admit. I had been thinking about a Jiffy for over a year - actually for a couple years. I wish I could get all that time back by just spending the money years ago. This was immediately worth it the first time I used it. I LOVE my Jiffy and plan on probably enjoying this for many many years - as I've heard these will last forever. I got the pink one and it makes me so happy to have it in this color too. This makes my work days so much easier. And I love that it was made in the USA. I enjoy seeing it take out all the wrinkles. It's FAST. And it hasn't harmed any of my items - I use it on silk all the time. No issues. I got the plastic handle which I would recommend - I've head the metal handles are heavy and I believe that. It gets HOT and you do have to be very careful when using it. Luckily I don't have little kids or pets so its not an issue. Like I said - if you are hesitating and wondering if its really worth it - it IS.

Works well. Just put a towel under the steamer and garment bc it drips a bit. But it steams very well.

If this one lasts as long as my other, I'll be happy. Bought this for my daughter as she needed it for work clothes. I've had the same model for years now. Bought my other daughter a cheaper, different brand, and she went through two, both not lasting more than a year or so. Jiffy, though, makes a great steamer. Love mine and I know daughter will love hers. Worth the extra money, since I know it'll last. I hate ironing, but I love that steaming is quick, gets wrinkles out of delicate items, but will also stretch cotton that has shrunk (you have to pull hard). I bought a mini ironing board that has a hook on one end and hang it on the steamer to use as a steaming board to help get the wrinkles out.

Light to haul from the closet to Wherever I feel to steam usually in front of TV . Efficient and handle does not warm up!

So happy with my steamer! I use it for quilts on my Longarm and the hose is just long enough to reach my quilts on the frame! It does spit a little at first. Make sure to turn off and cool down when not in use!

I really liked that the steam is ready in like a minute, the stand is very helpful and the design makes it easy to store away in a full closet. I love that I can steam a large load without having to stop to refill the water. The only things I don't love is that the head does get very hot so I have to wear special gloves to steam for extended periods of time. Also, the hose gets hot so be careful with your legs. Most of the time the head sits safely on the stand but you gotta get it in the correct position or it will move and could potentially fall off of it and burn you. That hasn't happened to me but just make sure the head is safely placed on its back and it doesn't move on its own when you sit it on the top of the stand. All in all, this works great for my weekly laundry and is super quick.

I replaced an older model of a different brand. That one is about done. The steam power of this unit is a big improvement over my previous steamer. The wheels make for easy maneuverability and this is a much smaller foot print. Disappointing that Jiffy does not offer decent accessories. There is NO crease tool - not even to buy as an add-on. Worse, the garment pole is TOO SHORT!!!. After steaming about 25 golf shirts my back is killing me and I'm only 5'2". All it would take is another pole piece (12") and the height would be perfect. Wise up, Jiffy! We need accessories that suit today's world!

Love the steamer as I use it regularly, purchased for my birthday April, 4, 2019 received April 8, 2019, and set it up and used it right away. Regular use weekly and found the black rubber baffle cap worn out. I would definitely register and ask to get a replacement or two to have on hand. I have been using JIFFY steamers for over 25 years. Loved the pink retro colour to match my decor. I would recommend this product. It does not disappoint on making your clothes look fresh & pressed. Sadly, water container/reservoir cracked immediately

I used it in the UK, it stopped many twice. I used it only for 2 days.

Das J-2000 Jiffy Steamer funktioniert in Deutschland nicht!!!! 120 Volt und der USA Stecker!!! habe für die Zahnarztpraxis gekauft. ....man wird nicht aufgeklärt, das Gerät hat Gebrauchsspuren, Kiste Innen war defekt, wurde nur neu eingepackt

Estoy feliz con la compra, se calienta un poco lento pero una vez que llega a su temperatura se mantiene constante el calor y saca una muy buena cantidad de vapor, excelente para playeras o prendas delgadas.
