Q: Can i dryclean this cover?

While the polyester fabric itself can be dry cleaned it isn’t necessary as it is machine washable. The waterproof backing contains Spandex which should not be dry cleaned since the chemicals can damage it. Also, the backing has a petroleum based waterproofing and dry cleaning may destroy that coating. Follow the manufacture instructions, I washed mine three times already and it’s fine.

Q: Does this protect against cat urine ?

I would think it would since it is waterproof. My dog also has a problem with urine leakage so that is one reason I purchased this, but so far it has not happened for me to test this theory.
