Skullcandy Hesh ANC Wireless Bluetooth Over-Ear Headphones with Mic, 100 dB Active Noise Cancellation, 40mm Drivers, 22Hr Battery + Rapid Charge, Foldable Noise Cancelling Headphones - Mob White

Amazing product at a great price! First, the audio quality- uniquely detailed. Every instrument, voice, chorus and Synth effect can be clearly and individually discerned. It is nicely bass-oriented, which adds great depth to an already elaborate soundstage. Even then, if you want to reduce bass, use the Dolby Atmos Equalizer on your Android phone to tailor the sound exactly to your taste. Hence, the absence of app-controlled Equalizer is not missed at all. Clamping force is noticeable in the first few days but reduces thereafter. ANC is very good for day to day use with a slight chop-off at the base end, but that is anyway not noticeable in a noisy environment. The transparent mode is a BIG PLUS and you will use it much more than you expect. The light weight and great padding really helps, since long hours are guaranteed with this pair on. Buttons are sturdy and a bit hard to press, but the layout is intuitive and easy to adapt to. Sound quality over Bluetooth is actually better than that over the cable, which is mildly surprising. Battery life is very decent. You'll certainly need to buy a hardened carrying case, though, of you don't want to damage the equipment while travelling. Super thrilled with this product!!!

Headphones are classy. Not very over the top. Bass is not very high. Ear cushioning is comfortable. The good part is it's foldability. Can be used for long periods. Battery life awesome. Won't say it's comparable to Bose but at par with Sony which I have used before. Recommend highly...

I've been using the product for past five days. Will write more in depth review later. Sound quality: Pretty decent. As a person who likes neutral sound signature, hearing this amount of bass is pleasant. It will rattle your head with ANC TURNED OFF. With ANC TURNED ON, bass is lil less but it didn't bottom out. More like natural sounding one. People with sensitive ear SHOULD GIVE THIS A CHANCE. Ambient mode is amazing and really useful when you want to be aware of your surroundings. Packaging: You don't get old cushiony pouch recently. Just a cloth bag with strings with Skullcandy logo on it. You will get 2 inch charging cable C-type cable. We all have long C type cable for phones. So, this will not be an issue for the people already have the cables. Packaging is indeed different from the release years. Skullcandy is always changing the packaging. Currently it looks similar to hesh evos. What I disliked so far is that the extention slider in the headband is loose right out of the box. It slides easily. No tension at all. I don't know whether SKULLCANDY intentionally made it that way or defective one. I've used headphones before. They usually slide off this much only after the use of a few good months.

Physical overview: 1. Headphones made out of plastic. Really good build quality. Earcups have soft touch plastic on the outside. 2. Earcups have memory foam, which makes them more comfortable to use overtime. 3. Headband has sufficient padding as well. 4. Outside each earcup, there are two microphones (total 4) that are meant to pickup outside noise and cancel it out by supplying equal amounts of anti noise. The right earcup sports an additional microphone for calls, and does a terrific job in this regard. This microphone array/setup is identical to Sony's flagship over the ear/circumaural ANC headphones, the Sony WH-1000 XM4. 5. It sports a built in Tile™ tracker as well. 6. It features a collapsible design for enhanced portability. 7. The right earcup features the control set as well. 8. The headbands extend to a comfortably large size. They extend from the upper joints. Package contents: Headphones, 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable, USB C to USB A charging cable, headphones carrying pouch, user manual and warranty card. Pros: 1. Great sound signature, just like the Hesh 3 wireless. 2. Very comfortable to use over long periods of time. 3. Fantastic ANC at this price. Obviously it's not as dope as Sony WH-1000 XM4 or Bose NC700, but the difference isn't huge, it's noticeable but not huge. Do note that no matter what ANC headphones you buy, at whatever price, it won't block out everything around you, that's the reason why some people set unrealistic expectations with regards to ANC performance, and get disappointed when the product doesn't meet their expectations. 4. Battery life is amazing, as claimed by Skullcandy. 5. Robust build quality, with collapsible design. Cons: 1. No multipoint connection. 2. No hard case provided. 3. Skullcandy app doesn't support this, so you won't get personal sound on this one. Conclusion: Just go for it if you're looking for high quality ANC headphones at not so high price. 5 stars! P.S.- It's Made in China. Update 1: As of 22 July 2024, almost 3 years since its purchase, despite handling with utmost care (you can see the condition of headband and earcups) these earcups fell off on their own. Reducing their rating to 1 star. Pathetic build quality for ₹11K. Don't go for it unless it retails for less than ₹6K (reason I am still recommending it is because of its ANC and Audio Quality, spare earcups are also available here on Amazon, so your headphones won't become useless if they happen to fall out or wear out over time. I've ordered them too, let's see how things turn out). Update 2: So, my replacement earcups just arrived and they happen to fit my Hesh ANC pretty well. I've attached pics for reference.

Wow Really build Quality is Good and performance also amazing

Sound Quality is decent Bass is slightly below average can't feel the sound much Volume is less than average Noice Cancellation is poor. It cancels out noices but can't cut out completely my deaf grandpas TV or old cranky fan. It doesn't completely 0 the traffic if you're out but it decently reduces the intensity that it doesn't disturb much. I'll rate 3/5 by which I mean to say if you're looking for complete noice cancellation this is not for you. Comparatively Boat Rockerz 255 pro+ has better noice cancellation than this. Battery is not great discharges quite fast. You can watch movies for 5 hours with this to get your charge down from 100 to 60. Also the comparison in the first paragraph written is with respect to Boat Rockerz 255 Pro+ which I bought 1.5k except for bass my Boat outperforms this skull candy in every other aspect.

It's almost 2 years and they still rock. Noise cancellation is crazy good. Amazing balance between bass and treble. The only thing is let's say when you're on call, the other person can hear your background noise.

Massive sound system and really lovable product

It's great

I have a lot of difficulty being in loud environments or places where there are a lot of noises happening at the same time. When my old $30 headphones broke i decided to get some nicer headphones since i needed new ones anyways. I am so so so glad i did it!! These headphones are wonderful! Heres a short review on what I think is the three most important aspects of these headphones! •Great battery life and super quick charge! I love these because I can charge them during one class period and they are good for the next day if i need to. Charge very fast and stay charged for a fairly long time. •Noise cancellation feature! Obviously they dont block out every noise but I think they work really well! It’s best to listen to music when you’re using the noise cancellation feature because there is a small clicking noise if there is nothing playing. Also, I HIGHLY recommend turning noise cancellation off when your going to lay down or have anything touching the outsides of the headphones. They will make a horrible screeching noise if something touches the little openings on the sides. It took me a while to figure out why they were making that noise and it really bothered me so I figured I would let anyone looking to buy these know. •Comfortable! These are super comfy and the sides have plenty of room for people who like putting stickers on theres! I put a bunch of little shark stickers on mine :) Overall I think these are amazing and would highly recommend them (especially if you can get them on sale price). Great for people with noise sensitivity, sensory difficulties, autistic people, and just anyone who needs a good pair of headphones. Just remember to turn noise cancellation off when laying down!!!

Sound is very good. ANC is okay. But for over ear headphones the ear cup is very small.

Really impressed with these Skullcandy ANC headphones. The sound is clear with strong bass, and the noise canceling works great. They’re comfortable, battery life is solid exceed 24h, and Bluetooth is stable. Best headset I’ve had so far. Definitely worth it for the price.
