Don't mind the low versatility score, its a flattop grill, it doesn't do much else.What it does however is turn half my stove into an awesome flattop grill. I still have two burners available for pots and pans but now anything I'd usually cook in a shallow sauté pan, I do on the grill top and it works awesome!Eggs, burgers, pancakes, bacon, sandwiches, etc. all of it comes out nice. Great heat distribution, making all my product cook evenly and brown nicely.Heavy duty but easy to clean. Scrape it all and use a stainless scrubber to lift off any hard bits. It is seasoning nicely and looking great!Make sure to have an exhaust fan for meat cooking as you'll smoke up the room!

Best burgers and great for frying onions. Relatively easy to clean but it is heavy. I use it on top of my large gas grill. It has allowed me to cook many more things out side, esp. nice to keep the cooking heat out of the house

I received this griddle a couple of weeks ago (August 2018) and have been complete satisfied with my purchase. My goal was to find a good, heavy-duty grill-top griddle that would resemble the stainless steel finish you see at hibachi restaurants. Well this griddle did NOT disappoint. It has been great and has exceeded my expectations.I have a small square grill (2 burner) so I was having a hard time finding a griddle that A.) was truly stainless steel and B.) would fit my grill. I'm so glad I found this griddle! As you can see in the picture, it fits perfectly and still allows me to partially close the lid for quicker heating.One thing to note is that there are griddle-seasoning instructions printed on the box. Make sure to follow these directions to avoid issues like warping. I followed the directions just as they described and have had absolutely zero warping issues or any issues at all over the last couple of weeks.I have made hibachi meals, burgers, and philly-cheesesteaks that taste like they are directly from the restaurant. This thing is awesome and I highly recommend it!!

Buckles under heat and distorts its shape. Not too easy to use and then burns because juices run off into a cornerDefeats the whole purpose of having one.....We're disappointed. This is only been used. I think this is the third time...

I only gave it a 4 star cuz its alright to clean , not disappointed , its expected as i use it in a wood fired grill . it weighs in @ 19#'s an is not flimsy @ all an holds up to my heat i use it on indirect heat an also on direct heat depending on my food source. an the scraper tool is a plus **** lol

It's not gonna give you a restaurant result for your steak or your hamburgerNot good heating distribution not easy to clean It's get overheated in some spot get dark burn caller for the metal other spots get lower temperature. Not good for Steak or the hamburger . Don't recommend it.

No more little items falling thru the grill plates. I got the 18” one that fits on my Webber spirit grill. The lid doesn’t close completely, but works quite well. Be sure to let the plate heat thoroughly. I hate grill baskets, but was able to place a lot of small chicken pieces, mushrooms, peppers and onions, grill everything perfectly. Just remember to get the grill plate really hot and then wipe on some peanut oil. Great product.Read the directions and break in the plate so it doesn’t warp. The label is pasted to the box. Should put a sheet inside the box as well.
