You Gotta Get This!
I've been considering getting a memory stick to protect all of my photos for a long time. When I saw this one with its easy-to-use claim and storage amount, I was intrigued. But then when I saw the price! I knew I couldn't pass this up.So, glad I purchased this. I bought 3 more for gifts. If you're thinking about getting one of these, don't wait! Order one today!

May not work on some computers; poor tech support
On some computers, Windows may not assign a drive letter when you plug the USB in, so you can't see or launch the AlbumSaver program in File Explorer as the advertising indicates.AlbumSaver WOULDN'T RUN ON an old XP COMPUTER, giving the error message "This application has failed to start tbecause dwmapi.dll was not found".When I asked for tech support, I needed to make an appointment. The first available time was more than a month away.[edit] To Albumsaver's credit, tech support called at the appointed day/time.He verified that Windows 7 or higher is required. and, suggested sharing the XP Computer's hard drive over the network so Albumsaver can see it. Maybe an external USB adapter would work, too, if I'm willing to disassemble the XP computer to remove its drive. I haven't tried either of these methods, yet.;"

I have too many photos
I got the one with the largest capacity available and it couldn't handle all of my photos. What a waste of money. If it showed how much and which photos it had copied so I could buy another one or two for the rest of the photos, I'd do that but all it does is stop working and give an error message about not enough space. I suppose it would work if you don't have many photos, but then you wouldn't need it, would you?!?!?

I don't trust the results.
I NEVER review anything, but I am so disappointed with this that I feel I have to review it out of frustration. I chose a photo stick over a regular flash drive because I have pictures in multiple places and didn't want to manually search for them to download. I purchased two of these so I could store them in different places for safety. The first one indicated the download was complete with 500+ errors. I could find no indication as to what these errors might be, so I contacted the company. The emailed answer directed me to read the FAQ section, which did not help. I responded to the email. It has been a week now, with no further answer. I then downloaded the second new flash drive and got the response that there wasn't enough room, but it continued scanning anyway. It then gave me a completely different number of photos found than the first drive did. Why would there be two different counts? What is missing in the second download? I again tried contacting the company to find out what might be causing the discrepancy. I received an automated reply, but nothing else. In addition, the second drive never indicated that the process was complete. It was stuck on 2.67% complete; however, the "full indicator" registered 85.31% full. I left it running for over 24 hours. The first drive took 5 hours, which was reasonable. I have no answers, and no confidence that my pictures have been adequately gathered and stored.

Beware....
I bought Album Saver as a "backup" to my photos. INSTEAD it took over my entire photo program, put it in their program and now I cannot use my old program. I was never warned by a popup msg about what they were doing till it was too late.

13 hours to upload photos!
I waited for over a year to get this item on Amazon. When it finally appeared, I did not waste time and got it. It is indeed very tiny and sorts files according to original files. I don't know if it's my computer or the usb port, but it look 13 hours to complete the upload process of all my photos, etc. I still can't figure out where the videos went. Additionaly the 64g is now complete full. I was greatly disappointed.
