Buyer BEWARE
Replaced traditional hot water tank and went with what I thought was a reputable company and the "unlimited hot water" promise. Which both are a joke. After hiring a plumber to professionally install the tankless began throwing an error code 3 months after install during the dead of winter and no hot water. Rheem's customer service was a joke and they gave me nothing but the run around. Finally they sent a technician out 2 weeks later to replace the broken part at that time the technician discovered another bad part. So another 2 weeks goes by and Rheem sends another technician out to replace the second broken part. Then a month goes by with hot water in all faucets, then one day randomly with no error code the tankless will not give hot water to any faucet. I called an area plumber who stated our unit seems to be of poor quality and not worth repairing. Called Rheem requesting a replacement in which they denied and after hours on the phone the decided to send another technician out 2 weeks later. So long story short I've spend thousands on a unit that has only given hot water about 50% of the time and a joke of a warranty.
