I received a used machine with a piece of fabric stuck to it. When I attempted to remove the fabric I realized there was already a stitch running across the fabric and the machine is not working at all. I needed this machine today to use to make something that I am in need to making ASAP and instead I am can’t doing anything. Extremely disappointed doesn’t even begin to explain how I’m feeling about this.

For what it is designed for it is Great.

This machine is not what I expected at all. I expected for a hand held machine that this would work similarly to a table top machine in that it would pull the fabric away from me. No, I had to try and feed what I was trying to sew from behind the machine toward me. Although you should be able to use it one handed, it was very difficult to do. I was even using it on a desktop and was having trouble. Also not a fan of the fact that if you are not careful you pull out all the stitching you just did because there is no bobbin in the machine. The best thing I can say about this was that it was remarkably easy to thread compared to a table machine. I unfortunately just missed the deadline to send it back for a refund, so I guess I am stuck with this hunk of junk. I guess I got what I paid for. ☹

It might just be user error, but this thing is impossible use. I was only able to prevent the entire stitch from coming undone once. Not worth it.

The product just fell apart in my hands. The tension adjust part fell off, the plastic part that has the screw adjust for the needle just flew off the machine!! Now the needle moves up and down but the thread does not sew a stitch. Can someone contact me and fix this thing!!
