If you get chronic sinus infections, too many colds, or colds that turn into bronchitis or worse, you might want to try nasal lavage. I use a Neil Med bottle, but you may also use a neti pot. I do it once a day, and haven't had a serious cold for 4 years. My sinus infections are a thing of the past. When I bought my Neil Med kit, I got 50 saline packets, each one wrapped in its own nifty disposable package, which is convenient but not great for the trash situation. This pack of nasal salt in combination with my net pot works wonders to clear my nasal congestion. I bought this pack after I ran out of the small packs that came with my net pot. I have lost count of how many times I have used this nasal salt pack and it still hasn't run out. I happen to have very sensitive nostrils that get stuffy very easily when the air gets cold/dusty and every time I'd use this product, my nostrils end up being cleared out. The salt is also very easy to clean out and the packaging is very solid- I place my opened pack in an extra sandwich bag to make sure it doesn't leak out. Just fill the pot with warm water and this salt.
