Do you need both the shampoo and conditioner to see results? Or is the shampoo plenty enough to notice a difference?

I saw no results and it dried my hair out.

Can it be used for brunette or black hair?

No, it says for blonde and gray hair.

Is this the authentic product?

I've ordered several and they have been identical in quality to the ones I buy at the salon.
