I purchased this hidden wall clock camera before, and that clock encountered physical damage after I installed & started using it. I immediately contacted customer service (Helen), who was responsive & helpful. She sent me a replacement clock within a few days. I have set up the clock camera & it is working fine. This time, the video quality has improved, and the connection speed over the 2.4 GHz frequency to the Tuya app is faster. The only correction I suggest to the seller is to change the setup manual to the new version, as the updated version is easier and simpler to setup the clock than the one I initially received with the clock. I am satisfied with the quality of the clock camera I bought, as it serves a dual purpose. It is an accurate clock, that has the same appearance as a typical clock, and it also has a covert camera that adds value & functionality in providing home security. The clock is simple to install and set up. I recommend this clock camera to anyone looking for a covert camera to increase security.

This is a terrible product. I passed the date for a return and now not only did I pay a fortune for this piece of junk with no customer support. That’s actually useful but I had to pay for a subscription and now I have to cancel it. I’m paying for a subscription and it doesn’t help. It doesn’t come with any instructions. Do not buy this product. They don’t even let you return it. It is junk.

Clock technology - like any other clock. Relies of AA battery.Security cam - I see other people having trouble with WiFi connectivity. I had no such problems. I see those complaining about instructions not clear. I’m used to that. I can pick up with technology being also used to a variety of security cameras. Quality of the video was also relatively good. But the issue was really the battery life. It died after a day. I then used the motion detection to hopefully save battery life to not make it always record. After doing that, it lasted 2 days. This can still possibly work well if… (1) you have a constant supply of power from a USB cable. But many spots where you would hang a clock, often has no power. (2) you can possible attach a power bank at the back that is always plugged into it. And make it act like an extended battery. Assuming the battery did work, another negative was the direction of the camera. You can adjust it at the back to move up and down, but you cannot pan the camera from left to right.

To get best use, you have to purchase add one. Camera good, but cannot save videos without purchase of cloud storage. Instructions vague and an. AAI component wants to pray for you vs doing something useful

This camera has no night or low light vision although night vision is indicated and used on the page "Recommended Uses For Product Night Vision, Motion DetectionBrand JLRKENG" That was copied and pasted from the Amazon page.

So decided to buy this to put it in the store due to a few dishonest incidents that I have caught them in the act lately. Surprise by the quality of the pic from the camera, ( due to privacy I will NOT post their pic on this review ), anyway, it’s good enough to see the individual face in detail, had some issue for set up in the beginning due to the bit of confusion from the instruction paper the provided, once figured it out then was plug and play!! Again; I was surprised by the quantity of the pic from the camera. Has motion pic, back play etc etc, I turned of the mention pic after a couple of hours due to the notice I kept having from the camera, besides the camera after about 2 days run time the clock has been accurate so far as expected. The size is just like one of those $10 cheap normal size clock you would find in IKIA, which is good especially in a work place where house kind of setting. Anyway; would I buy it again; sure if I needed for the other places I definitely will, considering it’s not expensive either.
