Don’t know if it works
It’s a alittle bigger than original it has to be in order to seal, was hard putting in, in a 30 plus year old washer, putting it in I put a screwdriver through it well can’t use so I ordered two more , got washer back together doesn’t leak now .

Tight install, but works good
This is a tight install, and thats probably a good thing. It helped using some food grade grease on it to slip it on, but no leaks. Used on a Kenmore 80 series

Won't Seal Over the Lip of a Kenmore Outer Tub
This part fits the diameter but will not snap over the lip into place with regards to a Kenmore washer. It won't seal.

Not a usable replacement
This part is not a replacement for the Whirpool part. Dimensions are not the same and could not get it to install properly in the bottom of the tub. This part is also not as pliable as the original, which increases difficulty trying to install. Tried many times, including using silicone grease on the seal, never could get it to seat and seal. I would not recommend trying to use this seal.
