Love this! Its absolutely the best, the unit itself is small and portable and for the price i do not have any regret, who doesnt love steam milk. Frother comes with 2 whisk, one for less foam one for more foam.Pros:QuietEasy to CleanCan Heat up milk as wellCons,Capacity (With maximum foam you can only put in very little milk, even with normal amount it is still very littlr)So far i did not experience anything negative regarding to this product, i do use it everyday so we will see how the product last.

I had bought this as I have been wanting to make latte's at home more often and we recently foolishly broke our electric kettle trying to heat up milk (yes I know - foolish) so wanted something that would heat up milk too.This has been perfect for my needs. While I haven't used this for straight heating milk, the frothing option is amazing. They provide plenty of space for your milk needs (I haven't noticed it being too small yet) and creates a mountain of froth! and warms to a nice temperature. It does suggest using a heavier milk, but I recently tried an almond milk and it was just heavenly.Size is nice, fits perfectly on our counter and doesn't take up a lot of space. If you are looking for something simple, I highly recommend.

UPDATE: Oct 2021About March this year it was on/off working, then July / August it just stoped working. We mainly made hot froth.* Once per 2 weeks and 1 time use is not a lot,** We expected the product will last longer, since it not used 24/7.*** It is not worth more than 3 stars.First Review: 5 starsWe are using for some time now, months. Its make good Froth.We noticed one thing though, the milk must be FRESH. If possible use organic milk and then experience it.

I LOVE my frother! Sure beats standing over a cup with my old hand-held one. I'm still experimenting with different milk brands, but the 1% TruTaste brand from Neilson is okay so far although it loses a lot of density after a few minutes. It's still wonderful to have my morning frothy coffee :)For my one serving I just cover the froth unit with milk to the bottom line (a bit hard to see without direct light).And be sure to take the few secs to clean it after frothing because standing milk would be a challenge to clean afterwards.

It warms up the milk and froths it like it’s supposed to, however if you put remotely too much milk it leaks From the top. It wasn’t well thought out. I have to warm up milk twice for it to properly fit my cappuccino
