J’ai souvent des douleurs aux jambes à cause d’un problème de circulation, surtout sur les côtés des cuisses, ce qui m’empêchait de bien dormir la nuit. I have had this almost a year and have been using it quite faithfully. I bought it to improve lymphatic fluid flow but I have not noticed much of a change in that regard but I enjoy using it (usually 20 minutes daily). Even after one or two sessions at the beginning, I felt better posture, lighter and compact. I didn't lose weight but I think it is great for toning. I prefer handrails as I prefer to have something to hold on to - at almost 80, I don't to risk losing my balance. One thing to watch out for - a resistance band came off while I was using it so no longer use it - don''t want it to come flying off and break my glasses.

I absolutely love this vibration platform! It feels sturdy, powerful, and very well made. I especially like that I can adjust the settings and use the resistance bands to incorporate upper-body exercises while standing on the platform. It’s a great addition to my home gym because I can use it for a quick session on its own or incorporate it into my regular workouts. The platform is spacious and stable, and the controls are easy to use. I’ve been extremely happy with it and find myself using it regularly. Excellent quality and definitely worth the purchase.
