I like this type of "sauce", it's got lots of macerated raspberries in it, and on the label it says a possible use is for ice cream? That sounds like an EXCELLENT idea!

If you want a distinctly raspberry flavor (vs. some raspberry and more sugar), then this 'sauce' is for you. More texture (yes - seeds - as well as pulp) make this thicker than a pouring (pancake-type) syrup. Dark rich red presents dramatically well drizzled over whipped cream or poured over vanilla ice cream. Price is in line with other brands, and the value is high if you want to taste raspberry tart as well as the sweet of the syrup.
