How is the sculpt? is the likeness as good as daryl, negan, or michonn?

Yes, the likeness is very good! Just like the likenesses of Daryl, Negan, and Michonne.

Does it articulate at all?

By definition, yes. But what does move really shouldn't. There is at least one good YouTube review that shows exactly how these "articulate".

Can you move the arms into a different pose?

I haven’t taken it out of the box, but as far as I can see, the arms don’t move.

Does the 7" height dimension include the platform.

They are 7" tall (more or less depending on the character) without the base.
