PORTER-CABLE D30139 Graphite Gasket Kit

This item came with all four parts shown and worked perfectly. This kit works for multiple models, so you won’t need all four. Some models use the o-ring behind the valve plate, while others use the paper gasket. Be careful with the graphite gasket, as it will break easily. They packed the kit very securely for shipment, inside a foam sleeve inside a cardboard box with multiple notes telling you how fragile it is.

My Porter Cable pancake compressor would not hold air and would cycle annoyingly every time I used it. That slow hiss will get on your nerves.I thought it was the regulator but that was fine. Turns out it was the rubber grommet that connects an aluminum pipe to the compressors cylinder head. WIth this kit, this was an easy job. All the parts fit as they should have and no more leak. The most work in this was getting the plastic case off to get at the compressor innards themselves.Saved me about $60+ for a new one.

I rebuilt my Porter Cable pancake compressor that had moderate use over 7 years. Gasket kit was perfect fix for the minor air loss I was experiencing that caused the compressor to cycle too frequently. I used Blue Thread Lok on critical fasteners as there is a large amount of vibration and no lock-washers on any of them. Works great now, like it left the factory, with no loss of air even at 125 psi.

My compressor was audibly losing air and the compressor motor never kicked off. This graphite gasket set and a valve plate did the trick. For about $30 I repaired a compressor that would have cost more than $100 to buy new.Repair job was easy.

Order arrived as described. I feel those should have been included with the replacement manifold instead of having to make an additional purchase.

I replaced the gaskets in my PC c2002 type7 compressor because i also installed a new cyl kit. Works great.

This kit was a perfect fit and fixed the head leaking problem. Be careful with the gasket though, since it is easily broken.
